Our Consulting Methodology
Based on the nature of the consulting project on hand, SIRA selects a specialized implementation team and works closely with client’s steering committee to agree on the project plan and implementation roadmap. Project team keeps close contact with the client during all phases of the project ensuring full client awareness on running executables and expected deliverables at the end of each phase of the project to ensure pursued results and targets are achieved.
Training:
Training programs are delivered by local or international training consultants as per client’s preference, and available training venues are either on SIRA premises, client’s premises, hotel conference halls, or as vacation based training hosted in a touristic location (e.g. Sharm Elshiekh, Ghardaga, Luxor, etc.)
